Refund Policy / Cancellation / Rescheduling: Cancellation Policy
- Refund Policy: Refunds for purchases made through the Service will be provided only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Cancellation Deadline: Cancellation or rescheduling of a session or tour should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Refund Eligibility: A 50% refund of the payment will be issued if the product or service has been cancelled and not used within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Cancellation Fee: A 50% cancellation charge will apply if the product or service has been delivered or used.
- No-Show Policy: We reserve the right to cancel, with no refund, any course, service, or trip in the event of a customer no-show or late show without any advance notice.
