Purchases: If you wish to purchase any product or service through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be required to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for facilitating the completion of Purchases.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies: We strive to keep our offerings accurate and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Service. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Tour Booking: Confirmation of tour booking is subject to availability and weather conditions.

Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions: Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. If you participate in any promotions, please review the applicable rules and our privacy policy.

Intellectual Property: The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of ESA Tours. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ESA Tours, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Disclaimer: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant the Service being uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Refund Policy / Cancellation / Rescheduling: Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy: Refunds for purchases made through the Service will be provided only through the Original Mode of Payment.
2. Cancellation Deadline: Cancellation or rescheduling of a session or tour should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Refund Eligibility: A 50% refund of the payment will be issued if the product or service has been cancelled and not used within 7 days from the date of purchase.
4. Cancellation Fee: A 100% cancellation charge will apply if the product or service has been delivered or used.
5. No-Show Policy: We reserve the right to cancel, with no refund, any course, service, or trip in the event of a customer no-show or late show without any advance notice.
